Element Six

Element Six is a global leader in the design, development, and production of synthetic diamond supermaterials. By moving from Salesforce.com to a more cost-effective Dynamics 365, Element Six was able to invest savings back into customer-facing initiatives and workflow improvements. Along with the lower cost, Dynamics 365’s integration with Outlook and the familiar Office style played a big part in their decision.

MSX International

MSX International (MSXI) is a business process outsourcing company that provides technology-based services to the automotive industry in over 80 countries. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, they were able to increase the effectiveness of their global sales team while enhancing their customer relationship management. They needed a straightforward system that tracked sales opportunities, evidenced customer interaction and provided a clear view of sale progress at all times.

Rainford

Rainford Solutions is a UK designer and manufacturer of standard and bespoke electronic equipment enclosures. Having an integrated view of customer related activities and production has improved operational efficiencies and overall performance. Serco

Serco Group PLC provides end-to-end business process outsourcing (BPO) services to governments and private sector customers across the globe and has about 53,000 employees. In the UK and Europe, it operates across a number of sectors, from running hospital facilities to managing the Caledonian Sleeper that runs up to Scotland. The Salesforce platform no longer met the needs of Serco’s users, so they switched to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a global provider of world-class end-to-end supply chain services, used an ageing CRM solution – Remedy, that was not robust enough to support the company’s growth plans.
