ANS is a cloud service provider that helps people with their platforms and networks, the way they run their applications and how they connect to them globally. ANS had a legacy CRM system but the business was facing a number of challenges with it. ANS chose to implement cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 and asked Alithya to help with the project.

Element Six is a global leader in the design, development, and production of synthetic diamond supermaterials. By moving from to a more cost-effective Dynamics 365, Element Six was able to invest savings back into customer-facing initiatives and workflow improvements. Along with the lower cost, Dynamics 365’s integration with Outlook and the familiar Office style played a big part in their decision.


Horizon is a UK translational genomics company developing and supplying patient-relevant drug discovery and diagnostic reference standards. Horizon has been growing at high digit rates since it was founded and needed a CRM solution that could scale with their growth rather than adding more people. Horizon are now achieving more and more with CRM, in their words ''The sky's the limit''.

MSX International

MSX International (MSXI) is a business process outsourcing company that provides technology-based services to the automotive industry in over 80 countries. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, they were able to increase the effectiveness of their global sales team while enhancing their customer relationship management. They needed a straightforward system that tracked sales opportunities, evidenced customer interaction and provided a clear view of sale progress at all times.


Rainford Solutions is a UK designer and manufacturer of standard and bespoke electronic equipment enclosures. Having an integrated view of customer related activities and production has improved operational efficiencies and overall performance. Serco Group PLC provides end-to-end business process outsourcing (BPO) services to governments and private sector customers across the globe and has about 53,000 employees. In the UK and Europe, it operates across a number of sectors, from running hospital facilities to managing the Caledonian Sleeper that runs up to Scotland. The Salesforce platform no longer met the needs of Serco’s users, so they switched to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Slater & Gordon

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is one of the UK’s largest and most well-known law firms. It has offices in locations throughout England, Scotland and Wales and represents clients across a range of areas from personal injury claims to criminal litigation, family law and employment law. Slater and Gordon was transforming the way that it engaged and delivered services to its prospects and customers via a number of projects. At the heart of these projects was the Microsoft platform, including Azure, Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Travel Counsellors

Travel Counsellors Ltd is an independent travel company operating in seven countries around the world, with headquarters in Manchester, UK. The organisation wanted to move from on-premises Microsoft Dynamics to a cloud-based solution. It hoped the move would help it to re-engineer its business processes to better serve the business growth.
