Who supports this product?

All support for Process Industries for Microsoft Dynamics AX is provided by Microsoft, not Fullscope. The only way customers or partners can have access to support is if they have a Deluxe or PABS agreement in place with Microsoft. This is a worldwide Microsoft policy – even Fullscope pushes all of its Process non-Process customers through Deluxe support.

Any partner or customer questions regarding how-to’s, bugs, installation, implementation, what-if’s must be entered via the Microsoft support system in either Partnersource or Customersource. Fullscope support team members can no longer assist with issues coming directly from partners or customers.

What if I need a demo, marketing information, training, etc.?

If a partner needs assistance with a demo, product certification, marketing information, or if he/she needs to schedule training or requires billable assistance, contact the Fullscope Pre-Sales hotline at presalessupport@fullscope.com. How do you order Process Industries for Microsoft Dynamics AX?

Now that Process Industries for Microsoft Dynamics AX is on the Microsoft price list, any partner that has completed the Fullscope Sales certification class can sell the product or the TQM module. To order product for your customer:

1. Simply place the order using the same ordering procedure that applies to your region.
2. Microsoft will verify that the partner is certified by Fullscope and an order will be processed and shipped out.
