River Cities Capital Funds is a $140 million family of venture capital
funds based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with an office in Raleigh, North
Carolina. It invests primarily in early- to middle-stage businesses in
information technology, healthcare, telecom and manufacturing located
in the Midwest and Southeast.

Founded in 1988, Wakefield Group is a leading, privately owned, venture
capital firm in the Southeast. It invests in early stage growth
companies with emphasis on technology, health and media. Wakefield
Group manages more than $100 million of capital, and has offices in
Charlotte and Research Triangle Park, NC.

Founded in 1999, North Coast Technology Investors, LP is a $100 million
venture capital fund that invests in technology-driven companies with
