Russell Smith
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Prior
to Fullscope, Russell Smith served as vice president of products and
services with Redklay. Prior to joining RedKlay in 1998, Smith was a
partner in the Peoplesoft practice at The Pinnacle Group, where he was
responsible for business development and business operations. While at
Pinnacle, Smith developed the independent business plan focused on the
manufacturing systems practice that was eventually spun off to form
RedKlay. He managed the successful integration of Pinnacle into CSC as
part of the acquisition process in 1998. Smith also held positions in
product management and operations management at IBM from 1989 to 1996.
Smith holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in
Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and a Masters of Business
Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
John Scandar
Co-founder & Executive Vice President
John Scandar has more than 15 years experience in
the manufacturing enterprise software market, with an emphasis on
leveraging IT investments to improve business success. He has extensive
international experience, including sales team management and the
establishment of new offices in Europe, Latin America, and Canada. His
experience also includes product management and positioning for
enterprise software. He has been instrumental in the success of many
mergers and acquisitions, as well as raising private equity and venture
capital financing.
Scandar joined Fullscope in February 2002, when
Fullscope acquired RedKlay, where he was president and chief operating
officer. Before joining RedKlay, Scandar was the founder and president
of Cambiotech, an enterprise software reseller and systems integrator
focused on mid-market manufacturing customers. Over a two-year period,
Scandar grew Cambiotech to become the largest reseller of Baan products
in North America.
Prior to founding Cambiotech in 1996, Scandar was
the vice president of sales for process manufacturing at Baan. Earlier
in his career, Scandar served as vice president of sales at Probe
Software, a developer of software for process manufacturing management.
Additionally, he is the co-founder and partner in the Process
Technology Group, a private investment firm focused on early stage
technology companies.
Scandar holds a Bachelor of Commerce from
Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Perry Murphy
Vice President, Services
Perry Murphy has over 20 years experience in the information technology, manufacturing and enterprise software application industries. Prior to Fullscope, Murphy joined RedKlay in 1998 as a senior consultant and project manager. He was responsible for establishing the Microsoft Dynamics AX consulting practice for Fullscope when the company initially became a Microsoft partner in 2002. After receiving multiple application certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Murphy managed a number of Fullscope’s early customer project implementations and became a certified instructor for Microsoft.
As Fullscope director of services from 2003–2007, Murphy successfully grew Fullscope’s consulting services group to become one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics AX practices in North America. In 2007, he was promoted to vice president, services.
Murphy holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
